Medical Staff Reappointment Fees

To submit payment for your 2027-28 CHEO medical staff annual administrative fee, please enter your department, division/service and status (Active, Associate, Locum Tenens, Other Clinical Staff, Provisional Learner, or Courtesy) as indicated on your reappointment application.

Important!

Please note that failure to complete any reappointment related requirements, by the deadline of November 1, 2026, may result in an additional $180.00 administrative fee.
